Welcome to the Pacific Highway Coffs Harbour bypass website. This project is jointly funded by the NSW and Federal governments. The preferred option for the Coffs Harbour Highway Planning Strategy was announced in December 2004. The Coffs Harbour Highway Planning Strategy includes a northern section (the Sapphire to Woolgoolga upgrade) and a southern section (Coffs Harbour bypass).
The RTA is working closely with Coffs Harbour City Council to ensure the required land is reserved for the future construction of the preferred option of the Coffs Harbour bypass. This website provides information on the southern Coffs Harbour bypass and the planning strategy as a whole.

The Concept Design Report for the Coffs Harbour bypass was displayed for community comment from 22 September 2008 to 31 October 2008.
