This project was jointly funded by the NSW and Federal governments.

The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) engaged Abigroup Contractors Pty Ltd to design, construct and maintain the 23 km Pacific Highway Karuah to Bulahdelah sections 2 and 3 upgrade. The project starts about 2km north of Myall Way and ends about 1km south of Booral Road, which is about 3 km south of Bulahdelah.
